Notice of Privacy Practices
Last updated: July 29, 2026
This page explains how health information can move through the BodyM care-coordination experience. A licensed medical group or other regulated healthcare partner may provide a separate Notice of Privacy Practices that governs its protected health information.
BodyM’s role, and whether a specific privacy law applies to a particular data flow, depends on the activated service and the relationship among the member, provider, pharmacy, and BodyM.
1. Care coordination
Relevant assessment information may be made available to an eligible provider for evaluation and follow-up. Only the information reasonably needed for the connected service should be shared.
2. Treatment and operations
A provider or pharmacy may use health information for treatment, payment, safety review, dispensing, quality, and lawful healthcare operations under its own policies and legal obligations.
3. Member authorization
Uses that require a specific authorization should be presented separately. You may have the right to revoke an authorization for future uses, subject to actions already taken.
4. Access and amendments
Requests for clinical records or amendments may need to be directed to the medical group or pharmacy that maintains the authoritative record. BodyM support can help route the request.
5. Complaints
You may submit a privacy concern without retaliation. The correct contact may be BodyM, the relevant provider, the pharmacy, or a government regulator depending on the issue.
Questions about these terms or privacy choices can be sent to support@bodym.me.
