Privacy Statement for California Residents

California residents may have additional rights concerning personal information under applicable California law. Some information or entities may be exempt because they are governed by healthcare or other sector-specific laws.

1. Categories of information

BodyM may collect identifiers, contact and account data, commercial information, internet activity, approximate location, inferences, and health-related information submitted through a requested service.

2. Purposes and disclosures

Information is used and disclosed to operate services, coordinate requested care, support transactions, maintain security, comply with law, and improve the member experience.

3. Rights requests

Subject to verification and applicable exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, or information about collection and disclosure. You may use an authorized agent where permitted.

4. Sale and sharing choices

BodyM does not sell health-assessment responses. If a technology is legally considered sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, an applicable opt-out method should be provided.

5. Non-discrimination

BodyM will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right. Different services or prices may still apply when reasonably related to the information required to provide them.
