Patient Bill of Rights
Last updated: July 29, 2026
Every person using a connected BodyM care pathway should be treated with respect, receive understandable information, and retain the right to make informed decisions about their care.
1. Respect and equitable access
You have the right to respectful communication and services delivered without unlawful discrimination. Accessibility or language needs should be raised so an available accommodation can be considered.
2. Information about care
You have the right to understandable information about the responsible provider, proposed treatment, material risks and benefits, reasonable alternatives, price, renewal terms, and available support.
3. Independent clinical judgment
You have the right to a provider’s independent medical judgment. BodyM, advertisers, and commercial preferences should not determine whether a prescription is medically appropriate.
4. Participation and refusal
You may ask questions, participate in decisions, decline a treatment, seek another opinion, or stop a service, subject to the consequences and financial terms already disclosed.
5. Privacy and records
You have rights concerning the privacy, access, and correction of information under applicable law and the relevant provider’s notice.
6. Complaints and safety
You may raise a concern without retaliation. BodyM support can route platform issues; clinical or pharmacy concerns may need to go to the responsible professional entity, licensing board, regulator, or emergency service.
Questions about these terms or privacy choices can be sent to support@bodym.me.
