I would keep an eye on it. For me it was less about willpower and more about having something simple ready. I am week 26 on Ozempic 0.5mg, so my timing may be different. That sounds frustrating but fixable.

This was my week two. I still use a boring grocery list when I increase dose. The boring answer worked for me.
