Does nausea get worse after a oral semaglutide dose increase?

Quick question from a garden patio salad bowl. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 5 on Rybelsus 14mg, around 300 lb right now, and nausea is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. The moment made me realize I needed a cue I could see, not another plan in my head. I am considering pairing the habit with something already in front of me, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. What would you change first if nausea kept happening in this kind of situation?
