Week 52: what helped my Mounjaro maintenance

I almost did not post this, but it would have helped me earlier. I kept blaming the medication, then realized my routine around it was chaotic. I am week 52 and my main issue was maintenance, especially around dinner. What finally helped was keeping the same breakfast. I also kept my three things simple: maintenance, social eating, muscle retention. No big reset, just less improvising. I still have to pay attention, but it feels less like guessing now. If you are in the same window, maybe try changing one boring variable before changing everything.

That part is so real. Electrolytes did more than I expected, especially before lunch. The boring answer worked for me.
This sounds familiar. I had better luck when I stopped trying to eat one normal-sized meal. That is one of my main issues too. Sending solidarity from another tiny-meal person.
