Is protein worse for anyone on day two?
This is one of those questions that feels too specific for a quick search. I am week 9 on Mounjaro 5mg, currently around 164 lb, and the thing bugging me is protein. It comes and goes, which makes it harder to know what actually caused it. My main tags right now would be constipation, protein, dose increase. I am trying to keep protein and water steady, but I do not know if I should change timing or just give this week some space. What would you do first if you were trying to troubleshoot without making ten changes?
