Main issue: fatigue. Nausea was annoying but manageable. The tiredness was the part that made me useless after lunch. I lifted twice this week but had to cut volume. What helped a little: eating earlier, not waiting until I felt hungry, and taking a walk before I decided the day was over. I am trying to figure out whether this is dose step-up fatigue, under-eating, or both. Anyone have the 1mg jump feel more like low battery than stomach drama?
