Wegovy 1mg first week: fatigue hit harder than nausea

Main issue: fatigue. Nausea was annoying but manageable. The tiredness was the part that made me useless after lunch. I lifted twice this week but had to cut volume. What helped a little: eating earlier, not waiting until I felt hungry, and taking a walk before I decided the day was over. I am trying to figure out...

GLP-1 plateau made me check strength before cutting more food

Main issue: two-week plateau and my first instinct was to eat even less. I am glad I looked at training first. My lifts were already down and my protein was inconsistent, so cutting more food probably would have made me smaller and weaker, not healthier. Why did my GLP-1 weight loss stall when I am still doing everything?

Plateau posts are common because users compare weekly losses publicly and panic when the scale stops matching early results. A stall can reflect true plateau, scale noise, constipation, water retention, cycle changes, sleep, sodium, travel, or lower activity. Do not interpret one flat week without weekly averages...

Mara K.top reply

If you are posting about plateau, include your medication week, dose-change status, and when the signal appears after the shot. The most useful replies compare timing first, not random fixes.
