Main issue: two-week plateau and my first instinct was to eat even less. I am glad I looked at training first. My lifts were already down and my protein was inconsistent, so cutting more food probably would have made me smaller and weaker, not healthier. This week I am holding calories steadier, bringing protein up, and keeping two strength days. Anyone else use strength as a checkpoint before reacting to a plateau?
