Fatigue got less chaotic after I planned for work lunch

This is from a small apartment couch with ginger tea, which is exactly why I am posting it. It is a normal-life thing, not a perfect routine. I kept treating it like a motivation problem, but the pattern was really about where I was and what I had ready. I am week 4 on Zepbound 2.5mg, and fatigue has been the thing that tells on me first. The fix was small: planning around day two instead of pretending it would be normal. It did not make the week perfect, but it made it easier to repeat the next day. Leaving this here in case someone else is trying to make fatigue work in the middle of a regular day instead of a clean reset.

That part is so real. Walking after dinner was annoying but weirdly effective. I am week 8 on Saxenda 3mg, so my timing may be different. My main issue has been restart. I am saving this thread.
Following because I am in the same spot. I started writing down shot day plus day two because I kept forgetting the pattern. I am week 54 on Ozempic 2mg, so my timing may be different. That is a good question for a check-in too.
