Does muscle retention settle down after a Zepbound dose increase?
This is one of those questions that feels too specific for a quick search. I am week 32 on Zepbound 7.5mg, currently around 131 lb, and the thing bugging me is muscle retention. I had one good week and then this showed up, so now I am second guessing the routine. My main tags right now would be maintenance, social eating, muscle retention. I am trying to keep protein and water steady, but I do not know if I should change timing or just give this week some space. Was there one habit that made the biggest difference?
