I am glad you posted this. I had better luck when I stopped trying to eat one normal-sized meal. That is one of my main issues too. That is a good question for a check-in too.

Not exactly the same, but close. What helped me was keeping the food boring for a couple days. I am week 9 on Mounjaro 2.5mg, so my timing may be different. I am saving this thread.
