What helps headache on semaglutide when appetite is low?

Quick question from a drawer with antacid and mints. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 5 on Wegovy 1mg, around 224 lb right now, and headache is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. The moment made me realize I needed a cue I could see, not another plan in my head. I am considering writing down the dose-day pattern before I forgot it, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. Has anyone else found that headache is more about timing than willpower?

This sounds familiar. What helped me was keeping the food boring for a couple days. I am week 55 on Zepbound 12.5mg, so my timing may be different. That sounds frustrating but fixable.

I am glad you posted this. What helped me was keeping the food boring for a couple days. My main issue has been constipation. Sending solidarity from another tiny-meal person.
