Wegovy 1mg: anyone else dealing with appetite returning?

Quick question from a home staircase with a receipt. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 5 on Wegovy 1mg, around 224 lb right now, and appetite returning is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. I was fine in theory and scattered in real life, which is usually where this medication teaches me something. I am considering choosing the boring option before I got too tired to decide, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. Is there one thing you always keep nearby now because of appetite returning?

I am glad you posted this. I started writing down shot day plus day two because I kept forgetting the pattern. My main issue has been injection day. That sounds frustrating but fixable.

I had a version of this. Electrolytes did more than I expected, especially before lunch. I would not ignore it if it keeps escalating.
