This was my week two. Mine got easier after two weeks at the same dose. I am week 9 on Mounjaro 5mg, so my timing may be different. I would not ignore it if it keeps escalating.

1/2I would keep an eye on it. I had better luck when I stopped trying to eat one normal-sized meal. That sounds frustrating but fixable.
