Zepbound 15mg: anyone else dealing with dose increase?
Quick question from a messy bedroom on laundry night. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 66 on Zepbound 15mg, around 283 lb right now, and dose increase is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. I was fine in theory and scattered in real life, which is usually where this medication teaches me something. I am considering making the backup smaller and easier to reach, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. What tiny cue helps you handle dose increase before the day gets away from you?

This is the kind of detail I wish I had earlier. I would message your prescriber if it feels sharp, severe, or keeps getting worse. I am week 19 on Wegovy 2.4mg, so my timing may be different. Hope it settles down soon.
