Zepbound 12.5mg: protein got easier after one small change

I am still figuring it out, but this is the first thing that actually lasted more than three days. The annoying part was that it looked fine on paper, but my body was clearly not having it. I am week 66 and my main issue was protein, especially around the weekend. What finally helped was keeping Greek yogurt ready. I also kept my three things simple: maintenance, food noise, protein. No big reset, just less improvising. My notes look boring, which is honestly the point. If you are in the same window, maybe try changing one boring variable before changing everything.

I would keep an eye on it. For me it was less about willpower and more about having something simple ready. I am week 32 on Compounded tirzepatide 10mg, so my timing may be different. Sending solidarity from another tiny-meal person.
Same here. Small portions helped me more than changing the food completely. I am week 29 on Zepbound 10mg, so my timing may be different. My main issue has been maintenance. A week-by-week log helped me see it more clearly.
