What helps work lunch on GLP-1 when appetite is low?
Quick question from a morning desk with crackers. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am pre-start on Planning GLP-1 start, around 194 lb right now, and work lunch is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. I was trying to make a clean plan work in a very normal, cluttered day. I am considering planning around day two instead of pretending it would be normal, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. Has anyone else found that work lunch is more about timing than willpower?
