The old routine did not fit this dose window, and I did not notice until the day got messy. I am week 30 on Ozempic 1mg, and muscle retention has been the thing that tells on me first. The fix was small: keeping the food or water visible instead of tucked away. It did not make the week perfect, but it made it easier to repeat the next day.
