Week 9: what helped my semaglutide protein

Sharing this because I searched for the same thing last month. I kept blaming the medication, then realized my routine around it was chaotic. I am week 9 and my main issue was protein, especially around breakfast. What finally helped was using leftovers before making a shake. I also kept my three things simple: constipation, protein, dose increase. No big reset, just less improvising. The win was not huge, just a normal afternoon without needing to lie down. If you are in the same window, maybe try changing one boring variable before changing everything.

This is the kind of detail I wish I had earlier. The thing that changed it was planning a backup snack before I needed it. That is one of my main issues too. That sounds frustrating but fixable.
I had a version of this. For me it was less about willpower and more about having something simple ready. That is a good question for a check-in too.
