Week 5: what helped my Zepbound constipation
This is very unglamorous, but it finally made my week feel normal. The annoying part was that it looked fine on paper, but my body was clearly not having it. I am week 5 and my main issue was constipation, especially around dinner. What finally helped was being consistent with fiber instead of guessing. I also kept my three things simple: constipation, protein, dose increase. No big reset, just less improvising. After about a week of doing it the same way, the pattern was much calmer. If you are in the same window, maybe try changing one boring variable before changing everything.
