Week 5: what helped my Wegovy constipation

My routine is not perfect, but this fixed the part that was making me dread the week. I kept blaming the medication, then realized my routine around it was chaotic. I am week 5 and my main issue was constipation, especially around work lunch. What finally helped was being consistent with fiber instead of guessing. I also kept my three things simple: constipation, protein, dose increase. No big reset, just less improvising. The win was not huge, just a normal afternoon without needing to lie down. If you are in the same window, maybe try changing one boring variable before changing everything.

Same here. My clinic told me to call if I could not keep fluids down, so I keep that line in my head. That is one of my main issues too. That is a good question for a check-in too.
Following because I am in the same spot. For me it was less about willpower and more about having something simple ready. My main issue has been nausea. A week-by-week log helped me see it more clearly.
