Week 30: what helped my semaglutide maintenance
I am still figuring it out, but this is the first thing that actually lasted more than three days. The annoying part was that it looked fine on paper, but my body was clearly not having it. I am week 30 and my main issue was maintenance, especially around the weekend. What finally helped was making walking boring and repeatable. I also kept my three things simple: maintenance, social eating, muscle retention. No big reset, just less improvising. The win was not huge, just a normal afternoon without needing to lie down. If you are in the same window, maybe try changing one boring variable before changing everything.
