Sharing this because I searched for the same thing last month. I was not sick enough to feel dramatic about it, but it made the day feel harder than it needed to be. I am week 2 and my main issue was low appetite, especially around the weekend. What finally helped was buying smaller protein options. I also kept my three things simple: nausea, hydration, low appetite. No big reset, just less improvising. It did not fix everything, but I stopped dreading that part of the week. If you are in the same window, maybe try changing one boring variable before changing everything.
