Tirzepatide muscle retention: what I changed after library work block
This is from a public library desk, which is exactly why I am posting it. It is a normal-life thing, not a perfect routine. I was trying to make a clean plan work in a very normal, cluttered day. I am week 66 on Zepbound 12.5mg, and muscle retention has been the thing that tells on me first. The fix was small: doing the smallest useful version instead of waiting for a perfect window. It did not make the week perfect, but it made it easier to repeat the next day. Leaving this here in case someone else is trying to make muscle retention work in the middle of a regular day instead of a clean reset.
