Tirzepatide maintenance: what I changed after rainy commute

This is from a rainy bus window, which is exactly why I am posting it. It is a normal-life thing, not a perfect routine. The moment made me realize I needed a cue I could see, not another plan in my head. I am week 8 on Zepbound 5mg, and maintenance has been the thing that tells on me first. The fix was small: pairing the habit with something already in front of me. It did not make the week perfect, but it made it easier to repeat the next day. Leaving this here in case someone else is trying to make maintenance work in the middle of a regular day instead of a clean reset.
