Tirzepatide: is headache normal around week 3?

Quick question from a motel hallway vending machine. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 3 on Compounded tirzepatide 2.5mg, around 214 lb right now, and headache is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. I was fine in theory and scattered in real life, which is usually where this medication teaches me something. I am considering keeping the food or water visible instead of tucked away, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. What would you change first if headache kept happening in this kind of situation?

This sounds familiar. The thing that changed it was planning a backup snack before I needed it. I am week 5 on Zepbound 2.5mg, so my timing may be different. My main issue has been constipation. The boring answer worked for me.

I had a version of this. Mine got easier after two weeks at the same dose. My main issue has been injection day. Hope it settles down soon.
