The small change that made muscle retention easier on Rybelsus

This is from a travel pouch on a hotel bed, which is exactly why I am posting it. It is a normal-life thing, not a perfect routine. It looked like a small thing, but it kept deciding whether the rest of the day felt stable. I am week 6 on Rybelsus 7mg, and muscle retention has been the thing that tells on me first. The fix was small: keeping the food or water visible instead of tucked away. It did not make the week perfect, but it made it easier to repeat the next day. Leaving this here in case someone else is trying to make muscle retention work in the middle of a regular day instead of a clean reset.

Same here. What helped me was keeping the food boring for a couple days. I am week 29 on Zepbound 7.5mg, so my timing may be different. That is one of my main issues too. That sounds frustrating but fixable.
Not exactly the same, but close. Electrolytes did more than I expected, especially before lunch. A week-by-week log helped me see it more clearly.
