The small change that made food noise easier on Zepbound
This is from a work meeting room with a lunch container, which is exactly why I am posting it. It is a normal-life thing, not a perfect routine. The moment made me realize I needed a cue I could see, not another plan in my head. I am week 66 on Zepbound 12.5mg, and food noise has been the thing that tells on me first. The fix was small: making the backup smaller and easier to reach. It did not make the week perfect, but it made it easier to repeat the next day. Leaving this here in case someone else is trying to make food noise work in the middle of a regular day instead of a clean reset.
