The boring fix that helped my maintenance around week 43
This is very unglamorous, but it finally made my week feel normal. I kept blaming the medication, then realized my routine around it was chaotic. I am week 43 and my main issue was maintenance, especially around day two. What finally helped was weighing less often. I also kept my three things simple: maintenance, food noise, protein. No big reset, just less improvising. The win was not huge, just a normal afternoon without needing to lie down. If you are in the same window, maybe try changing one boring variable before changing everything.
