The boring fix that helped my low appetite around week 2

I am still figuring it out, but this is the first thing that actually lasted more than three days. I kept blaming the medication, then realized my routine around it was chaotic. I am week 2 and my main issue was low appetite, especially around the weekend. What finally helped was splitting lunch into two snacks. I also kept my three things simple: nausea, hydration, low appetite. No big reset, just less improvising. My notes look boring, which is honestly the point. If you are in the same window, maybe try changing one boring variable before changing everything.

I am glad you posted this. I stopped chasing perfect meals and just tried to hit a minimum. I am week 5 on Zepbound 2.5mg, so my timing may be different. My main issue has been constipation. A week-by-week log helped me see it more clearly.
Following because I am in the same spot. The thing that changed it was planning a backup snack before I needed it. I am week 16 on Ozempic 1mg, so my timing may be different. You are not the only one.
