The boring fix that helped my constipation around week 9

My routine is not perfect, but this fixed the part that was making me dread the week. I was not sick enough to feel dramatic about it, but it made the day feel harder than it needed to be. I am week 9 and my main issue was constipation, especially around the weekend. What finally helped was tracking water before lunch. I also kept my three things simple: constipation, protein, dose increase. No big reset, just less improvising. I still have to pay attention, but it feels less like guessing now. If you are in the same window, maybe try changing one boring variable before changing everything.

Following because I am in the same spot. Mine got easier after two weeks at the same dose. I am week 7 on Zepbound 2.5mg, so my timing may be different. That sounds frustrating but fixable.
I would keep an eye on it. Electrolytes did more than I expected, especially before lunch. I am week 73 on Zepbound 12.5mg, so my timing may be different. Sending solidarity from another tiny-meal person.
