Main issue: protein shakes help in theory, but some make nausea worse. I bought a very sweet shake because everyone online seems to have a favorite. I could not do it. Too thick, too sweet, weird aftertaste. The one that worked better was colder, thinner, and I drank half instead of trying to finish the bottle. For low appetite weeks, are people choosing clear protein, whey, ready-to-drink, smoothies, or just food? I need realistic, not gym-bro perfect.
