Protein got less chaotic after I planned for weekend errands
This is from the counter after Sunday prep, which is exactly why I am posting it. It is a normal-life thing, not a perfect routine. Big containers made me feel behind before I even opened them. I am week 5 on Wegovy 1mg, and protein has been the thing that tells on me first. The fix was small: making smaller portions that looked possible. It did not make the week perfect, but it made it easier to repeat the next day. Leaving this here in case someone else is trying to make protein work in the middle of a regular day instead of a clean reset.
