Ozempic: my repeatable social eating routine for work lunch

I almost did not post this, but it would have helped me earlier. I was waiting too long to eat and then trying to catch up all at once. I am week 30 and my main issue was social eating, especially around the weekend. What finally helped was ordering a small protein plate. I also kept my three things simple: maintenance, social eating, muscle retention. No big reset, just less improvising. I still have to pay attention, but it feels less like guessing now. If you are in the same window, maybe try changing one boring variable before changing everything.

This was my week two. I stopped chasing perfect meals and just tried to hit a minimum. A week-by-week log helped me see it more clearly.
