Need real-life ideas for maintenance on Wegovy - what changed this week
Quick question from a restaurant takeout bag on the counter. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 26 on Wegovy 1.7mg, around 271 lb right now, and maintenance is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. The moment made me realize I needed a cue I could see, not another plan in my head. I am considering pairing the habit with something already in front of me, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. Do you keep a backup plan for takeout backup, or do you improvise?
