My boring backup for injection day on Zepbound

This is from a fridge lit up at night, which is exactly why I am posting it. It is a normal-life thing, not a perfect routine. The old routine did not fit this dose window, and I did not notice until the day got messy. I am week 4 on Zepbound 2.5mg, and injection day has been the thing that tells on me first. The fix was small: letting the routine be repetitive for one week. It did not make the week perfect, but it made it easier to repeat the next day. Leaving this here in case someone else is trying to make injection day work in the middle of a regular day instead of a clean reset.
