Mounjaro: is nausea normal around week 7?

Quick question from a rainy sidewalk after a ten-minute walk. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 7 on Mounjaro 5mg, around 306 lb right now, and nausea is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. I kept treating it like a motivation problem, but the pattern was really about where I was and what I had ready. I am considering writing down the dose-day pattern before I forgot it, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. What would you change first if nausea kept happening in this kind of situation?

Following because I am in the same spot. I started writing down shot day plus day two because I kept forgetting the pattern. A week-by-week log helped me see it more clearly.

Same here. My clinic told me to call if I could not keep fluids down, so I keep that line in my head. I am week 1 on Wegovy 0.5mg, so my timing may be different. That is one of my main issues too. That sounds frustrating but fixable.
