Main issue: I was thrilled that food noise got quiet, then realized I was also accidentally under-eating most weekdays. My workouts did not crash dramatically. It was more subtle: same dumbbells felt heavier, stairs felt annoying, and I kept saying I was 'just tired.' When I actually counted protein for three normal days, it was embarrassingly low. This week I am testing two anchors: a shake before noon and a small protein dinner even if dinner is not exciting. Anyone else have strength drop before they noticed real muscle loss?
