Is muscle retention worse for anyone on the weekend?
This is one of those questions that feels too specific for a quick search. I am week 43 on Zepbound 10mg, currently around 129 lb, and the thing bugging me is muscle retention. I can still work and eat a little, but the pattern is making me nervous. My main tags right now would be maintenance, social eating, muscle retention. I am trying to keep protein and water steady, but I do not know if I should change timing or just give this week some space. Did anyone else notice it more on day two than shot day?
