Hydration got less chaotic after I planned for work lunch

This is from the soccer field sideline, which is exactly why I am posting it. It is a normal-life thing, not a perfect routine. I packed water for everyone else and somehow forgot to drink mine. I am week 4 on Saxenda 1.8mg, and hydration has been the thing that tells on me first. The fix was small: putting my bottle on the bench where I had to see it. It did not make the week perfect, but it made it easier to repeat the next day. Leaving this here in case someone else is trying to make hydration work in the middle of a regular day instead of a clean reset.

Same here. Walking after dinner was annoying but weirdly effective. I am week 8 on Saxenda 3mg, so my timing may be different. That sounds frustrating but fixable.
Following because I am in the same spot. I stopped chasing perfect meals and just tried to hit a minimum. A week-by-week log helped me see it more clearly.
