How long did missed dose last for you on Wegovy?

Quick question from a suburban driveway after a walk. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 26 on Wegovy 1.7mg, around 271 lb right now, and missed dose is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. I was fine in theory and scattered in real life, which is usually where this medication teaches me something. I am considering doing the smallest useful version instead of waiting for a perfect window, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. What tiny cue helps you handle missed dose before the day gets away from you?

That part is so real. I still use a boring grocery list when I increase dose. I am week 5 on Wegovy 1mg, so my timing may be different. The boring answer worked for me.
