How long did maintenance last for you on Semaglutide?

Quick question from an elevator mirror with grocery bags. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 41 on Semaglutide 1.7mg, around 153 lb right now, and maintenance is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. The old routine did not fit this dose window, and I did not notice until the day got messy. I am considering planning around day two instead of pretending it would be normal, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. Does maintenance show up more for you in places like elevator ride?

Same here. Small portions helped me more than changing the food completely. Sending solidarity from another tiny-meal person.

Following because I am in the same spot. I had better luck when I stopped trying to eat one normal-sized meal. I am week 8 on Ozempic 0.5mg, so my timing may be different. My main issue has been constipation. That is a good question for a check-in too.
