How long did injection day last for you on tirzepatide?

Quick question from a city bus seat with a tote. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 43 on Zepbound 10mg, around 129 lb right now, and injection day is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. The old routine did not fit this dose window, and I did not notice until the day got messy. I am considering letting the routine be repetitive for one week, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. Has anyone else found that injection day is more about timing than willpower?

Not exactly the same, but close. I started writing down shot day plus day two because I kept forgetting the pattern. I am week 1 on Zepbound 2.5mg, so my timing may be different. The boring answer worked for me.

I would keep an eye on it. Small portions helped me more than changing the food completely. I am week 57 on Ozempic 1mg, so my timing may be different. I would not ignore it if it keeps escalating.
