How I handled social eating on dose week without changing everything

I almost did not post this, but it would have helped me earlier. I kept blaming the medication, then realized my routine around it was chaotic. I am week 52 and my main issue was social eating, especially around breakfast. What finally helped was not explaining the whole med story at dinner. I also kept my three things simple: maintenance, social eating, muscle retention. No big reset, just less improvising. My notes look boring, which is honestly the point. If you are in the same window, maybe try changing one boring variable before changing everything.

I would keep an eye on it. Small portions helped me more than changing the food completely. That is one of my main issues too. That sounds frustrating but fixable.
