How I handled restart on shot day without changing everything
I almost did not post this, but it would have helped me earlier. The annoying part was that it looked fine on paper, but my body was clearly not having it. I am week 4 and my main issue was restart, especially around dinner. What finally helped was going simple for the first weekend. I also kept my three things simple: restart, nausea, hydration. No big reset, just less improvising. After about a week of doing it the same way, the pattern was much calmer. If you are in the same window, maybe try changing one boring variable before changing everything.
