How I handled reflux without changing everything on tirzepatide

This is from a gym floor with resistance bands, which is exactly why I am posting it. It is a normal-life thing, not a perfect routine. The old routine did not fit this dose window, and I did not notice until the day got messy. I am week 9 on Zepbound 5mg, and reflux has been the thing that tells on me first. The fix was small: making the backup smaller and easier to reach. It did not make the week perfect, but it made it easier to repeat the next day. Leaving this here in case someone else is trying to make reflux work in the middle of a regular day instead of a clean reset.

Not exactly the same, but close. Small portions helped me more than changing the food completely. A week-by-week log helped me see it more clearly.
I had a version of this. My clinic told me to call if I could not keep fluids down, so I keep that line in my head. I am week 18 on Zepbound 5mg, so my timing may be different. My main issue has been plateau. The boring answer worked for me.
