How I handled injection day without changing everything on tirzepatide

This is from a car cup holder after a late appointment, which is exactly why I am posting it. It is a normal-life thing, not a perfect routine. I was trying to make a clean plan work in a very normal, cluttered day. I am week 7 on Zepbound 5mg, and injection day has been the thing that tells on me first. The fix was small: planning around day two instead of pretending it would be normal. It did not make the week perfect, but it made it easier to repeat the next day. Leaving this here in case someone else is trying to make injection day work in the middle of a regular day instead of a clean reset.

This is the kind of detail I wish I had earlier. Walking after dinner was annoying but weirdly effective. That is one of my main issues too. A week-by-week log helped me see it more clearly.
Following because I am in the same spot. I would message your prescriber if it feels sharp, severe, or keeps getting worse. I am week 32 on Compounded tirzepatide 10mg, so my timing may be different. My main issue has been maintenance. That is a good question for a check-in too.
