GLP-1: is muscle retention normal around before starting?

Quick question from a kitchen counter before a morning meeting. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am pre-start on Planning GLP-1 start, around 194 lb right now, and muscle retention is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. The moment made me realize I needed a cue I could see, not another plan in my head. I am considering pairing the habit with something already in front of me, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. Do you keep a backup plan for morning meeting, or do you improvise?

Not exactly the same, but close. I would message your prescriber if it feels sharp, severe, or keeps getting worse. That is one of my main issues too. Please update us if you figure out the pattern.
This is the kind of detail I wish I had earlier. I started writing down shot day plus day two because I kept forgetting the pattern. I am week 9 on Wegovy 0.5mg, so my timing may be different. My main issue has been constipation. Please update us if you figure out the pattern.
